Before stepping aboard the Disney Adventure, remember to prepare the following documents:

6 Steps to Boarding the Disney Adventure

Once you have prepared the documents above, follow these steps upon arrival at the Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore (MBCCS):

1. Baggage Drop-off

Guests will arrive at different floors depending on their transportation mode, but all guests must eventually proceed to Level 2 for processing.

• Arriving at Level 1: DCL Shuttle Bus, Public Bus, Private Tour Bus/Charter, or MRT.
• Arriving at Level 2: Taxi, Ride-sharing (Grab/Gojek), or Private Car.

Upon arrival, follow the signs (Level 1 or Level 2) to the baggage area. Collect a luggage tag from the staff and write your stateroom number on it.

2. Join Your Port Arrival Time (PAT) Queue

Disney Cruise Line uses a "Port Arrival Time" system to manage terminal crowds and avoid congestion. This is an "appointment-based" system where guests must select a specific 15-minute window during Online Check-in as their arrival time at MBCCS.

• Time Slots: Usually available from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM in 15-minute intervals.
• Allocation: Handled on a "first-come, first-served" basis; popular morning slots usually fill up the fastest.

Queue according to your assigned window. You will only be allowed to check in during your chosen time. Early arrival is not recommended, as terminal space is limited and there is no early waiting area.

3. Security Screening

Have your digital boarding pass ready and proceed through the security checkpoint for yourself and your carry-on luggage. Please keep all travel documents handy for verification at any time.

4. Check-in and Document Verification

Present your original passport, visa, and online check-in status at the counter for final verification by the port staff.

5. Immigration Clearance

Proceed through the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) counters for departure clearance.

6. Official Boarding

Walk through the gangway to board the Disney Adventure and begin your magical vacation!
