##Passengers on Japanese cruises are required to pay a Japanese tourism tax equivalent to 3,000 yen (payable on board).

**Includes:**
1. Cruise accommodation, onboard dining and entertainment facilities, port charges, and port taxes
2. TIA 0.15 % Levy. (if applicable)

**Excludes (if applicable):**
1. Airfare, departure taxes at various airports, fuel surcharges, Hong Kong airport security taxes, airport construction fees, seasonal surcharges, and travel agency service fees.
2. Shore excursions, paid foods and beverages, crew service tips, fuel surcharges, Onboard insurance fees, passport issuance/visa fees, travel insurance, and other personal expenses.

**Registration Procedures:**
1. Passengers’ full name as shown on travel documents are required at the time of booking. Amendment will likely result in fare difference, loss of reservation and / or incurring amendment fees.
2. All reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Once confirmed, payment of deposit or full amount is required immediately.
3.The above fees and terms are subject to change without prior notice.

**Terms and Conditions:**
1. Passengers’full name as shown on travel document is required at the time of booking. Amendments will likely result in fare difference, loss of reservation and / or incurring amendment fees.
2. Fares quoted are per person in Hong Kong Dollars based on double occupancy. Single/Triple/Quad or Child fare is available on request basis.
3. Prices are subject to real-time supply and may change; the final price at the time of booking shall prevail.
4. Travel agent reserves the right to collect fuel supplements, applicable taxes which imposed by the carrier, even full payment has been made to the reservation. Fare differences are governed by official notification from cruise lines. These amounts will be determined upon your confirmation of booking and will be added to the final fare.
5. All on-board pricing will change without prior notice.
6. Non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation to secure a booking. Cancellations will follow the cruise line’s policy and an administrative fee of HKD 250 per person will be charged.
7. Customers are required to hold valid travel documents for no less than 6 months beyond the end of their trip and one or more entry visas (if applicable). Goldjoy Holidays and Cruise company are not liable for or responsible for any losses arising from personal identification documents.

9. GTY "Cruise Guaranteed Cabin" - Guaranteed to be able to book the room type you choose (including rooms with obstructed views). The cabin number, deck and location will be distributed by the cruise company's system. Requests cannot be made and will be issued by the cruise company. The final arrangement shall prevail. Guests cannot change or object to the cabin number, deck and location allocated. Cruise Company reserves the right to upgrade a guest or guests to a higher category of accommodation at no additional cost.
10. Pregnant women over 24 weeks are not allowed to board. The maximum pregnancy weeks permitted vary by cruise line and itinerary; please inquire with us. Infants under 6 months are generally not permitted; minimum age requirements vary by cruise line and itinerary.
11. The cruise company may impose additional charges on passengers after departing if operational costs increase due to unavoidable reasons like war, political turmoil, natural disasters, epidemics and pandemics, bad weather, technical problems with vehicles, temporary changes in schedules or timetables by carriers, strikes, industrial actions, and so on.
12. If the itinerary cannot be stopped or changed due to unforeseeable or force majeure circumstances (such as war, political turmoil, natural disasters, epidemics and pandemics, typhoons, bad weather, rough seas, technical problems with transportation, temporary changes in schedules or timetables by carriers, strikes, industrial actions, etc.)Customers must agree and accept the arrangements made by the cruise company. Our company and the cruise company are not required to provide any compensation.
13. The departure, arrival, or dock time of the ports during the voyage may be adjusted, changed, or canceled according to the sailing situation. The cruise company reserves the right to make the final arrangement. The customer must agree and accept, which will not be deemed to violate the product description regulations. Customers are waiving the right to claim against our company and cruise company.

15. Travel Industry Authority (TIA) advised all passengers to purchase travel insurance before departure.
